Cartier seeks a Continuous Improvement Intern for its laboratory in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Join a dynamic team optimizing watchmaking and jewelry testing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate internal testing capabilities including surface coatings, wear resistance, rubber bracelets, and related testing protocols
- Automate and consolidate movement and casing assembly reports to enhance laboratory efficiency
- Optimize quartz movement test bench performance and calibration
- Update laboratory test documentation and standard operating procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with specialization in mechanical engineering, materials science, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in design and modeling tools
- Autonomous, intellectually curious, organized, and meticulous work approach
- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving ability

Experience
No specific prior professional experience is required; however, internship or academic project experience in mechanical testing, quality assurance, or laboratory operations would be advantageous.
