Role & Responsibilities

• Contributes to curatorial research and conception of international artistic projects; participates in historical and documentary research files related to invited artists and compiles bibliographies
• Assists with artworks list compilation, acquisition coordination, and exhibition layout design
• Serves as liaison between the Strategic and International Projects team and all foundation departments during artistic project implementation
• Supports the Director in drafting exhibition presentation texts and scientific content including artwork descriptions, signage texts, and chronologies
• Coordinates logistics for visiting artists, scientific advisors, and external curators; organizes travel and accommodation
• Participates actively in curatorial meetings and prepares detailed meeting notes
• Updates and maintains the artworks database; centralizes and archives project content on Flora database and dedicated SharePoints
• Assists with preparation and updates of exhibition presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts prospective research on upcoming programming directions and develops presentations related to future artistic initiatives

Qualifications

• Master 1 or Master 2 degree in Art History, Humanities and Social Sciences, or Cultural Project Management
• Currently enrolled in a degree program with mandatory internship requirement
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is valued
• First professional experience in the cultural sector with demonstrated passion for contemporary creation (visual arts, performing arts)
• Strong sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills enabling rapid autonomy
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
