Cartier in Munich seeks a Business Performance Assistant (V.I.E) to support financial reporting and commercial analysis for Northern Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Northern Europe, consolidating sales, margin and KPI data from local markets.
- Prepare variance analysis versus budget and prior periods; highlight commercial drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and enhance performance dashboards and management reporting pack for regional leadership.
- Collaborate with country finance and commercial teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of sales figures.
- Contribute to forecasting and rolling budget processes, providing scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Produce executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and summary notes for senior management reviews.
- Support ad-hoc projects, process improvements and system rollouts related to reporting and data quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards and contribute to month-end close activities as required.
Qualifications
- Eligible for the V.I.E programme (international young-professional assignment).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into commercial insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years' experience in financial analysis, business performance, or commercial reporting; relevant internships or project experience in retail, luxury goods or corporate finance preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
