Cartier is hiring a Boutique Assistant for a fixed-term role in Paris, supporting client service and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Cartier’s image and values exemplarily and comply with grooming standards.
- Welcome clients, understand their intentions, seat them, and order and serve beverages.
- Manage replenishment and maintain the beverage and catering stations in the boutique each day.
- Support sales associates with gift wrapping and by providing warranty certificates, GIA documentation, and related materials.
- Double-check the serial number of creations before the sales associate issues the invoice.
- After dedicated training, engrave creations and emboss leather goods and cases.
- After dedicated training, clean creations and provide shine services.
- After dedicated training, adjust watch sizes and replace bracelet cords.
- Keep the sales floor and back offices tidy and clean.
- Prepare and clear sales tables, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary tools.
- Help maintain the boutique by identifying needs and communicating them to the management team.
- Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.
