Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised service to clients in a high-value retail environment, anticipating needs and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to present and position high-jewelry and watch collections, meeting or exceeding individual and boutique sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections, materials and technical specifications to support informed client advisory and aftercare guidance.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and client records with accuracy and discretion, ensuring compliance with store policies and security procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards, including window dressing, displays and stock presentation to reflect brand aesthetic.
- Assist with stock management activities: receiving, tagging, inventory reconciliation and secure storage of high-value items.
- Contribute to boutique operations including appointment management, clienteling follow-ups and coordination of client events or launches.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team and regional contacts to ensure seamless client experiences and consistent brand execution.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner, appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to handle transactional duties with confidentiality.
- Proven aptitude for relationship-building and delivering a high level of customer service under pressure.
- References or demonstrated track record in customer-facing roles; willingness to undergo background and security checks where required.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium goods sales is preferred; experience selling high-value jewellery or watches is an advantage. Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele is desirable.
Education
