Cartier Boutique Assistant (12‑month contract) in London — join the New Bond Street team to support sales, client service and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, discreet service to walk‑in and appointment clients, anticipating needs and building long‑term relationships.
- Support sales activity by presenting product, demonstrating product provenance and features, and executing clientelling follow‑up.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system and accurately process transactions, refunds and after‑sales documentation in accordance with brand procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation to Cartier merchandising standards: visual merchandising, product rotation, cleanliness and window displays.
- Manage stockroom operations including receipt, labelling, replenishment and basic stock reconciliation; escalate inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with client appointments, private viewings and in‑store events, coordinating logistics with management and other boutique teams.
- Adhere to security, confidentiality and loss‑prevention protocols specific to high‑value luxury retail.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality environments.
- Strong numeracy and administrative accuracy for transactional and inventory tasks.
