Cartier Assembly Operator position in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Full-time manufacturing role requiring experienced operator with autonomous work capability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations using various equipment and machinery while optimizing efficiency and performance
- Execute operational tasks in strict adherence to established processes, adjusting parameters as needed to meet performance standards
- Conduct quality sampling and product/process inspections to ensure conformity with quality norms
- Organize and manage daily work scheduling according to evolving priorities to ensure timely task execution
- Operate machinery and equipment autonomously, leveraging experience and expertise to complete assignments without supervision
- Maintain compliance with mandatory work instructions, including proper use of personal protective equipment
