Cartier (Paris) seeks an Archives and Documentation Project Manager to lead archival dissemination and digitization projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects to disseminate, digitize and catalogue the maison's archives and documentation for internal and external use.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and quality criteria; coordinate internal stakeholders (heritage, communications, legal, product, retail) and external vendors or partner institutions.
- Design and supervise digitization workflows and quality-control procedures for images, documents and audiovisual material.
- Develop and enforce metadata standards, archival description and access policies to ensure discoverability and compliance with archival best practice.
- Prepare content and documentation packages for exhibitions, publications, digital platforms and press requests; liaise with curators and communications teams.
- Monitor project KPIs, produce progress reports and maintain an organised archive of project records and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on archive access, document handling and the use of documentation systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (or equivalent) in archives and records management, library science, art history, heritage/curatorial studies or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of archival description principles and metadata standards.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects with multiple external suppliers and stakeholders.

Experience
Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience managing archival, documentation or heritage projects within a cultural institution, museum, luxury maison or similar environment; demonstrated experience in digitization and dissemination initiatives.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in archives/records management, library science, art history, heritage management or a related field.
