Cartier seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant in Paris for a 3-month fixed-term contract. Support supplier accounting operations using SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices with purchase orders in SAP
- Record and allocate invoices without purchase orders
- Conduct daily analysis and escalate billing anomalies
- Manage supplier payment follow-up and communications
- Provide departmental support for purchase order management
- Process and manage general department mailbox inquiries
- Verify and control expense reports via Concur
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting
- Proficiency in SAP (invoice and purchase order modules)
- Intermediate English language skills for SAP navigation

Existing experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting operations.

BTS in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
