Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated 360° communication campaigns across PR, digital, social media and events.
- Draft and proofread copy for press releases, media notes, social posts and internal communications in French and English.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, managing briefs, timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with media monitoring, clipping reports and performance tracking to measure campaign impact.
- Contribute to content production: asset preparation, basic photo editing, social calendar maintenance and community support.
- Provide logistical support for events, press appointments and influencer activations, including vendor coordination and onsite assistance.
- Maintain media lists, presskits and the communications archive; ensure administrative accuracy and version control of assets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting and proofreading capability in French and English (preferred).
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in luxury goods, jewellery and brand heritage, with a polished professional demeanour.
- Proactive team player with discretion and experience liaising with external agencies or press contacts (internship experience advantageous).

Internship-level role; some prior internships or project work in communications, PR, social media or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related field.
