Carolina Herrera Wholesale Intern position in New York; seasonal fashion internship supporting sample management, market week operations, and inventory coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train on and utilize GPS sample tracking system to ensure accurate and timely sample movement entries across internal and external teams
- Maintain and calendar sample requests to guarantee all deliveries meet specified deadlines for wholesale and international sales events
- Assist in packing and organizing samples for wholesale events, trunk shows, Paris Fashion Week, and seasonal selling days
- Maintain commercial sample closet and coordinate with PR team on runway sample management
- Support back-of-house operations during market week, including showroom setup and maintenance
- Assist professional dressers in styling models for client appointments and runway presentations
- Update weekly available-to-sell reporting and maintain excess inventory spreadsheets
- Create visual seasonal buy summaries and presentations for account product training and internal reference
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing college degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office
