Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of garment and product samples from prototype to production-ready, ensuring version control and timeliness.
- Coordinate fit sessions, fittings logistics and model/styling needs; document and communicate fit outcomes to design and technical teams.
- Maintain and audit the physical sample library and digital sample records; tag, store and track sample movement across offices and suppliers.
- Act as primary liaison between design, technical design, production, and external vendors to expedite samples and resolve fit or quality issues.
- Prepare and distribute sample schedules, status reports and escalation notices to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review technical packs and construction notes to ensure sample fidelity to design intent and spec sheets.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and returned samples and document non-conformances for corrective action.
- Support seasonal delivery planning, sample budgeting and inventory reconciliations as required.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sample coordination, production follow-up or technical/production role within fashion apparel (luxury experience preferred).
- Practical understanding of garment construction, sizing, grading and fit principles.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing timelines in a fast-paced design-to-production cycle.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PLM systems and technical packs preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with domestic and international suppliers.

Minimum 2–4 years in sample coordination, production follow-up, or technical roles within the fashion/apparel sector; luxury brand experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, Production Management or equivalent professional experience.
