Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of collections and accessories.
  • Manage client appointments, private-shopping experiences and post‑sale follow-up to ensure premium aftercare.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards including visual merchandising, window dressing and floor replenishment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and perform accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
  • Support inventory control: receive and organise stock, perform regular counts and liaise with store management on replenishment.
  • Assist with boutique events, trunk shows and product launches, representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; 1–3 years in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Proven numeracy and accuracy in transaction handling.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
