Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR team in day-to-day press relations, including drafting and distributing press releases, managing press lists and compiling media kits.
- Coordinate logistics for press appointments, editorial fittings, sample loans and returns, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Assist with event planning and execution — press previews, product launches and media activations — liaising with agencies, venues and suppliers.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular clippings and performance summaries for internal reporting.
- Maintain the influencer and editorial contact databases and support outreach and follow-up activities.
- Prepare briefing materials, product information and visual assets for journalists and stylists.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team, including expense reconciliation and coordination with marketing and retail teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished editorial sense.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Proactive team player with a professional demeanour when interacting with media, influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using media-monitoring platforms or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
