Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product development and marketing projects from concept to launch, including market and trend research, moodboards, naming, claims, packaging, gifting and activation ideas
- Develop creative and strategic recommendations for launches, animations and campaigns
- Prepare clear and inspiring creative briefs for external agencies and partners
- Coordinate development of creative assets, including packaging, artwork, renders, mock-ups and campaign materials
- Manage creative project delivery and provide directional feedback to ensure alignment with brand, strategy and timelines
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, PR & Communications, Media, E-commerce and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution across channels
- Monitor timelines, priorities and deliverables while anticipating risks and proposing solutions
- Support campaign production, including coordination of samples, products and materials for shoots, events and presentations
- Prepare polished presentations and materials for key internal and business stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand marketing, product development, creative/design agency or related role
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Art or related field
- Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Creative mindset with ability to develop concepts, narratives and activation ideas from strategic insights
- Experience working with creative agencies and preparing creative briefs
- Good understanding of beauty, fashion, luxury, culture and consumer trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and deep understanding of brand identity
- Fluent Spanish and English; French highly advantageous

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in product management, brand marketing, product development, or within a creative/design agency. Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury sectors is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Art or a related discipline.
