Carolina Herrera Graduate Product Manager – Fragrance, Barcelona. One-year temporary role in prestige fragrance marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the creation and development of new fragrance launches and marketing animations, including concept research, naming, packaging ideas, and design direction
- Lead transversal mini-projects within the marketing plan with full ownership from ideation through delivery
- Support all stages of innovation development and coordinate development of support materials for successful launches with internal teams
- Set operational implementation in cooperation with all departments including Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, and PR
- Create marketing presentations for business meetings and strategic stakeholder engagements
- Implement and oversee content production for digital platforms across all channels
- Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams
- Participate in shoot preparations, on-set coordination, and post-production follow-up
- Coordinate across internal departments including marketing development and e-business to ensure alignment
- Guarantee project deadlines and planning timelines
- Maintain consistency of the brand's graphic charter across all media and formats
- Execute administrative follow-up of assigned projects
Qualifications
- University degree or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Design, Art, or a related field
- Eligible for a graduate contract (no more than three professional experiences after latest degree)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing or product management position (internships and apprenticeships included)
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills and keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Genuine interest in the fashion and fragrance industry
- English language proficiency (mandatory); Spanish language a plus

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, product management, or brand development roles (including internships and apprenticeships). Candidates must have graduated within the last three years and be eligible for a graduate employment contract.
Education
University degree or Master's degree, preferably specializing in Marketing, Design, Art, Fashion, or a related discipline.
