Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global training strategy for prestige fragrances, collections, and make-up categories
- Design and create educational tools including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, e-learning content, video modules, and training kits tailored for beauty advisors
- Serve as primary point of contact for international markets to implement retail activation programs and localized training initiatives
- Evaluate, support, and guide local trainers in programme execution and effectiveness
- Organize the annual Carolina Herrera training convention and participate in regional market seminars
- Measure and analyze the impact of training tools and initiatives on advisor performance and sales productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative engagement methods for beauty advisors
- Manage daily interactions with key markets to address local needs and strengthen brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics training and education services (fragrance and make-up), including sell-through expertise
- Master's degree from a business school, design school, art school, or university, with specialization in marketing or luxury management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in beauty industry with strong product knowledge
