Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital experience team in the delivery of UX, CRO and site optimisation initiatives across Carolina Herrera’s e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with data collection, dashboarding and KPI monitoring to inform digital performance recommendations.
- Contribute to content management and merchandising execution in the CMS, ensuring product, imagery and editorial content align with brand standards.
- Participate in QA testing, HTML/CSS checks and local market launches to ensure flawless online presentation and functionality.
