Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Carolina Herrera beauty counter, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; deliver regular feedback, training and performance reviews.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value, client retention) through proactive clienteling and targeted selling strategies.
  • Manage merchandising, visual standards and product placement to uphold luxury presentation and promotional plans.
  • Oversee stock control, replenishment, shrinkage prevention and all point-of-sale transactions with rigorous accuracy.
  • Coordinate VIP client appointments, in-store events and product launches in collaboration with brand and marketing teams.
  • Prepare accurate sales and operational reports for regional management and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, loss prevention and corporate policies at the counter level.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in prestige beauty or luxury cosmetics retail, with progressive responsibilities in frontline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop small teams in a high‑pressure sales environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished approach to servicing high‑net‑worth and VIP clientele.
  • Flexible availability to cover retail hours, weekends and promotional events.

Experience
