Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Latin America brand strategy in collaboration with global brand leadership to drive long-term brand equity and commercial growth across distributor channels.
  • Own distributor partnerships: establish commercial objectives, negotiate brand terms, monitor compliance with brand guidelines and evaluate performance against KPIs.
  • Plan and coordinate regional product launches, promotional calendars and trade-marketing activations with distributors and local retail partners.
  • Define and manage annual marketing and activation budgets for LATAM distributors, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with wholesale, retail, PR, creative and supply-chain teams to ensure consistent brand implementation and timely product availability.
  • Design and deliver distributor training programmes, sales tools and merchandising guidelines to elevate in-market execution.
  • Analyse market performance and consumer insights to inform assortment, pricing and promotional recommendations for distributor markets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Latin America to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing brands with distributor networks in Latin America, typically 5–8 years in brand, marketing or commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage distributor relationships and commercial agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L stewardship.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a track record of delivering regional launch plans and trade-marketing programmes.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and steering cross-functional projects across time zones.
