Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience on the Harrods floor to elevate the Carolina Herrera brand and convert high-value clientele.
  • Drive beauty and fragrance sales through proactive client approach, tailored product recommendations and personalised clienteling.
  • Maintain thorough product and fragrance knowledge and communicate brand heritage, positioning and ingredient/usage details with confidence.
  • Manage merchandising and visual standards at the counter, including stock replenishment, display upkeep and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Operate POS, process transactions and accurately record customer data in CRM systems to support follow-up and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales KPIs, participate in promotional events, launches and sampling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store management and the brand field team on reporting, inventory control and local marketing activations.
  • Ensure compliance with Harrods and brand operational procedures, including loss prevention and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or prestige beauty with measurable sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing manner and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Solid product knowledge of fragrances and cosmetics or demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate specialist product information.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand environment; attention to detail in visual and service standards.
  • Relevant beauty or retail training (cosmetology/beauty diploma) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience
