Carolina Herrera is hiring a Boutique Director in Miami to lead boutique operations, sales and client relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Miami boutique, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and guest experience.
  • Own sales performance and KPI delivery through effective planning, coaching and performance management of the boutique team.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships via targeted clienteling, private appointments and bespoke service initiatives.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to optimise sell-through and uphold merchandising directives.
  • Recruit, train and retain boutique personnel; design development plans and cascade product and service knowledge.
  • Prepare regular commercial reporting, local forecasting and action plans to meet monthly and seasonal targets.
  • Control operational compliance including cash handling, loss-prevention, store housekeeping and regulatory obligations.
  • Represent the brand locally by organising events, VIP activations and collaborating with the regional commercial team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with progressive managerial responsibility in a boutique or flagship environment.
  • Documented success achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong commercial acumen and inventory control experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing retail team.
  • Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, polished approach appropriate to a luxury clientele.
  • Fluent business-level English; additional languages considered an asset (preferred but not required).

Experience
