Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and digital beauty consultations on the sales floor, engaging customers and facilitating product trials to close sales
- Execute Carolina Herrera's sales protocols and grooming standards with precision and consistency
- Implement brand directives at point of sale including displays, visual merchandising, space maintenance, product placement, tester management, counter setup, gift wrapping, and sampling initiatives
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels
- Manage tester and material replenishment, overseeing forecasting, ordering, and logistics from point-of-sale to distribution
- Participate in trade marketing activations and promotional events such as mall events, VIP experiences, and brand workshops
- Capture and maintain customer data via the Beauty Advisor app to facilitate ongoing customer engagement and relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar beauty retail or advisory role
- Certification in makeup, color analysis, image consulting, or related disciplines (preferred)
- Availability to work on-site at department store locations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in beauty retail, makeup consultation, or equivalent customer-facing advisory positions within the luxury or prestige beauty sector.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry, colorimetry, image consulting, or related beauty disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.
