Canada Goose is hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Associate for the holiday season, August through February, to deliver engaging customer journeys, personalized product recommendations and strong sales results. The role supports store operations, inventory processing and a seamless sales floor experience while embodying the brand’s Canadian warmth and values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and collaboration.
- Help drive key performance indicators and selling metrics, including conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail and units per transaction, by introducing customers to new, underperforming and strategic product categories.
- Support store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, processing inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and keeping the sales floor replenished to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Advise customers on product recommendations using expert product knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
- Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in accordance with Canada Goose standards, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
- Availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time-management, organizational and multitasking skills, and awareness of when to seek guidance.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Multilingual skills are an asset.
