Canada Goose seeks a part-time Seasonal Retail Associate at Beverly Center for the holiday season, November through February. The associate supports engaging customer journeys, sales performance, product recommendations, and daily store operations while embodying Canadian Warmth and the brand’s values.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Help drive key performance indicators and selling metrics—including conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction—by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic product categories to customers.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and keep the sales floor replenished to support a seamless customer experience.
- Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership.
- Use point-of-sale systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in compliance with Canada Goose standards, and follow all standard operating procedures.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
- Open availability Friday through Sunday and on all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills, and an awareness of when to seek guidance.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
