The Seasonal Retail Associate supports Canada Goose’s Frankfurt store in delivering engaging customer journeys and achieving sales and performance targets. This part-time seasonal role includes customer advice, product knowledge, store operations, shipment processing and sales-floor replenishment; compensation is €15.00, with the actual offer depending on experience, skills and role alignment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive, productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and collaboration.
- Help drive key performance indicators and selling metrics, including conversion, average transaction value, average unit retail and units per transaction, by introducing customers to new, underperforming and strategic product categories.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and replenish the sales floor to support a seamless customer experience.
- Advise customers on product recommendations using expert product knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
- Use point-of-sale systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in compliance with Canada Goose standards, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
- Open availability from Friday through Sunday and on all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and strong time-management, organizational and multitasking skills; able to seek guidance when needed.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
