Canada Goose Seasonal Retail Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales and key performance targets that contribute to store results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
• Help foster a positive, productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Support key performance indicators and selling metrics—including conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction—by introducing customers to new, underperforming, and strategic product categories.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness, organize the stockroom, process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, and replenish the sales floor to support a seamless customer experience.
• Advise customers on product recommendations using expert product knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
• Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently in accordance with Canada Goose standards, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Seek feedback to improve performance and support personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
• Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations.
• Open availability Friday through Sunday and on all holidays, with flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, and awareness of when to seek guidance.
• Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.50 to USD 23.50 per hour.
