Canada Goose seeks a part-time Retail Sales Associate in King of Prussia to deliver memorable customer experiences, achieve sales targets and support store operations, clienteling and visual merchandising. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create outstanding customer experiences and assist with store functions related to customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
- Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team.
- Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Support the store’s Net Promoter Score and selling and service metrics, including conversion, average dollar per transaction and average unit retail.
- Contribute to Units per Transaction by introducing new, underperforming and strategic categories.
- Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationships through clienteling and post-sale customer engagement.
- Use in-store elements to provide memorable customer experiences and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
- Process point-of-sale transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Support upkeep of the physical store and maintenance standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
- Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Previous experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language is an advantage.
