Canada Goose is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate at Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. The associate drives sales and service metrics, builds customer relationships through clienteling, supports store operations and visual merchandising, and delivers memorable customer experiences. Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
- Help create a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, including conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
- Support store Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through clienteling and post-sale engagement.
- Use in-store elements to create memorable customer experiences and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of the physical store and its standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
- A proven record of successful sales performance.
- Previous experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language, particularly Mandarin, is an advantage.
