Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta to deliver outstanding customer experiences, achieve sales targets, support store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
- Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Help drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, including conversion, average dollar per transaction and average unit retail.
- Contribute to the store’s Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming and strategic categories.
- Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management (CRM) through clienteling and post-sale customer engagement.
- Use in-store elements to provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchases.
- Follow all store operating procedures to minimize store shrink.
- Handle all point-of-sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Support the overall upkeep and maintenance of the physical store and its standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language is an advantage.
