The Retail Operations Associate supports sales targets, store operations, inventory and visual merchandising at Canada Goose’s London retail location. This is a full-time role requiring at least 2 years of retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall sales target.
- Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
- Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure Canada Goose products are properly organized and accessible.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages and returns to vendor.
- Support the upkeep and standards of the physical store.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven record of maintaining successful store operations.
- Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language is an asset.
