Canada Goose is hiring a part-time Retail Operations Associate at Bicester Village. The role supports sales targets, store operations, inventory accuracy, shipments, point-of-sale transactions, and visual merchandising while contributing to a positive store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while supporting the store’s overall target.
- Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership with the management team.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
- Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure Canada Goose products are properly organized and accessible.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damaged goods, and returns to vendors.
- Support the upkeep and maintenance of the physical store and its standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- A proven record of maintaining successful store operations.
- Previous experience with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language is an asset.
