Canada Goose Production Project Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Support, manage, and coordinate production of projects and campaigns scheduled on the Marketing Calendar.
• Support and coordinate Essentials photography and post-production.
• Assist with managing new project requests and briefs, allocating resources, organizing project details for creative and design teams, developing workback schedules, overseeing key milestones, liaising with cross-functional teams on departmental activity and project status, and maintaining budget trackers.
• Participate in project briefing sessions.
• Partner with creative leaders to navigate the approval process for assigned projects.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Assist with managing content creator resourcing.
• Motivate the team throughout the creative process and drive projects through to final delivery.
• Communicate production requirements effectively to cross-functional partners and creative management teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Process internal and external project costs, purchase orders, and invoices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in production or project management.
• Strong project management skills in creative production and integrated marketing.
• Deep understanding of producing content across a range of formats and media.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management skills.
• Solutions-focused, with the ability to think and plan ahead.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients and develop and negotiate project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Understanding of key production roles and on-set etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of post-production techniques and their impact on timelines and budgets.
• Ability to communicate objectives, schedules, and action plans effectively to a diverse team.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of video, print, digital, and omnichannel executions, capabilities, and functions.
• Highly motivated and passionate, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent team player.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 62,000 to CAD 87,000 per annum.
