Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey that reflects Canadian Warmth.
• Advise customers on their needs through expert product knowledge.
• Use selling behaviours to drive conversion and units per transaction (UPT), actively introducing new, underperforming and strategic categories.
• Build lasting client relationships and customer loyalty through consistent engagement around upcoming product launches and brand events.
• Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.
• Contribute to a positive, productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in all educational initiatives and strategies, demonstrating curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and foster growth.
• Consistently demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions.
• Execute all operating standards to a high standard.
• Use register systems and store tools accurately and efficiently in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
• Support the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the physical store.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• A proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands is an asset.
• Experience in a high-volume traffic environment is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and flexibility to work retail hours, including standard, peak and holiday hours.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to conditions that may affect the overall customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and able to recognize when guidance is needed.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel, are an asset.
• Proficiency in another language is an asset.
