Canada Goose is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an outstanding guest experience and support sales, operational efficiency and visual merchandising. The role is full-time and permanent at the Chadstone location, with responsibilities spanning sales targets, POS transactions, inventory accuracy and store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store targets by meeting productivity standards and achieve or exceed personal sales targets, which may vary by seasonality.
- Promote a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with brand ambassadors and store management.
- Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s values and culture.
- Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
- Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the proper organization and care of Canada Goose products.
- Support the maintenance of the physical store and its standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising directives.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience through operational efficiency, including stockroom management, cash wrap experience and sales-floor best practices.
- Drive the CXE Score.
- Undertake other responsibilities as needed to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated alignment with Canada Goose’s values of passion, relentlessness, entrepreneurship and authenticity.
- Proven record of successful sales performance.
- Experience with affluent and luxury brands is an asset.
- High-volume traffic experience is an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including standard, peak and holiday periods.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
