Role & Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies Canada Goose’s authenticity.
• Support plans and strategies developed by the store management team and execute store functions that promote operational efficiency and customer experience quality.
• Contribute to the store’s overall targets by achieving productivity standards.
• Meet or exceed personal sales targets, which may vary by season.
• Help foster a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with colleagues and store management.
• Attend and participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s culture and values.
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
• Process point-of-sale transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are organized and accessible.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages and returns to vendor.
• Support upkeep of the physical store and its standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising directives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through operational efficiency, including stockroom management, cash-wrap experience and sales-floor best practices.
• Drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• A proven track record of successful store operations.
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands is an asset.
• High-volume traffic experience is an asset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours, including standard, peak and holiday periods.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and able to recognize when guidance is needed.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, are an asset.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
