Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and replenish merchandise while maintaining brand standards and high-quality storage protocols
• Execute product pulls and markdowns aligned with brand specifications and promotional requirements
• Unload delivered merchandise and support store teams with remerchandising and inventory filling
• Operate box trucks with air brakes to transport merchandise to and from retail locations in a timely and secure manner
• Perform daily truck inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns to management
• Maintain organized backstock areas adhering to company policies, tools, and procedures
• Monitor and report potential theft or security concerns to management
• Demonstrate brand passion and treat warehouse and store teams professionally and courteously

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to operate a box truck with air brakes
• Ability to support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds and load/unload trucks
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and climb ladders
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Minimum of 1 year of retail stock experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
