Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and replenish merchandise while maintaining brand standards and high-quality storage protocols
- Execute product pulls and markdowns aligned with brand specifications and promotional requirements
- Unload delivered merchandise and support store teams with remerchandising and inventory filling
- Operate box trucks with air brakes to transport merchandise to and from retail locations in a timely and secure manner
- Perform daily truck inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns to management
- Maintain organized backstock areas adhering to company policies, tools, and procedures
- Monitor and report potential theft or security concerns to management
- Demonstrate brand passion and treat warehouse and store teams professionally and courteously
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to operate a box truck with air brakes
- Ability to support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds and load/unload trucks
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and climb ladders
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Minimum of 1 year of retail stock experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
