Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and replenish merchandise while maintaining quality standards and brand-compliant storage
- Execute timely product pulls with in-depth knowledge of inventory and promotions
- Apply markdowns consistently to ensure product standards alignment
- Unload delivered merchandise and support store teams with remerchandising and inventory replenishment
- Load trucks and drive merchandise to and from retail locations with awareness of security and safety protocols
- Perform daily truck inspections and report maintenance concerns to management
- Maintain organized and secure warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and operational procedures
- Monitor for potential theft and security risks, reporting concerns to management
- Demonstrate commitment to brand values, treating warehouse and retail teams with professionalism and respect
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to operate box trucks with air brakes
- Minimum 1 year of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred
- Capacity to support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds and load/unload trucks independently
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods and climb ladders
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with inventory replenishment systems and merchandise handling protocols advantageous.
