Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and replenish merchandise while maintaining quality standards and brand-compliant storage
• Execute timely product pulls with in-depth knowledge of inventory and promotions
• Apply markdowns consistently to ensure product standards alignment
• Unload delivered merchandise and support store teams with remerchandising and inventory replenishment
• Load trucks and drive merchandise to and from retail locations with awareness of security and safety protocols
• Perform daily truck inspections and report maintenance concerns to management
• Maintain organized and secure warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and operational procedures
• Monitor for potential theft and security risks, reporting concerns to management
• Demonstrate commitment to brand values, treating warehouse and retail teams with professionalism and respect

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to operate box trucks with air brakes
• Minimum 1 year of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred
• Capacity to support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds and load/unload trucks independently
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods and climb ladders
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with inventory replenishment systems and merchandise handling protocols advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
