Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of floor-ready product to expedite replenishment and maintain merchandise quality standards
- Execute timely and efficient product pulls while maintaining in-depth knowledge of product inventory and promotions
- Unload delivered product and assist store teams with remerchandising and stock replenishment
- Process, backstage, and replenish merchandise in alignment with brand standards while striving to exceed established units per hour (UPH) processing targets
- Load trucks and safely transport merchandise to and from retail locations, maintaining highest levels of security and safety awareness
- Perform daily truck inspections, report maintenance concerns to management, and execute markdowns to ensure product consistency
- Maintain an organized and secure working environment, monitor backstock organization, and report theft concerns to management
- Treat warehouse and retail teams professionally and courteously; build collaborative relationships and embrace brand values
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to operate a box truck equipped with air brakes
- Minimum of 1 year of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred
- Capacity to physically support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods, and climb ladders safely
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts as required

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail stock experience or warehouse operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
