Part-time warehouse associate responsible for receiving, processing, replenishing and backstocking merchandise at the Calvin Klein retail warehouse facility. The role requires operational excellence in product handling, inventory management and adherence to brand standards while maintaining a safe, organized working environment. Candidates must be physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds and working flexible schedules including nights, weekends and overnight shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support floor-ready product delivery and expedite merchandise replenishment while maintaining strict quality standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to execute accurate and timely product pulls
- Execute processing, replenishment and backstocking activities in alignment with brand standards and established units-per-hour targets
- Execute markdowns to ensure consistent product standards and pricing accuracy
- Maintain an organized, safe working environment with proper backstock organization and adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain vigilance regarding potential theft and report concerns to management
- Demonstrate brand passion and treat warehouse and store teams with professionalism, courtesy and respect
- Embrace innovation and change initiatives while collaborating with colleagues to achieve brand objectives
Qualifications
- Prior retail stock or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, climb ladders and carry up to 40 pounds
