Role & Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise in alignment with brand standards, striving to exceed established units-per-hour (UPH) processing metrics
- Deliver floor-ready merchandise to expedite replenishment; ensure all products are properly stored to maintain high quality standards
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and execute timely, efficient product pulls based on promotions and inventory needs
- Execute markdowns to ensure consistent product standards and brand presentation
- Maintain organized and safe working environment; uphold backstock organization and adhere to company tools, policies, and procedures
- Monitor for potential theft and report concerns to management
- Demonstrate commitment to brand excellence and support customer experience initiatives through professional, courteous interactions with warehouse and store teams
Qualifications
- Prior retail stock or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Capability to climb ladders and carry up to 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts

Experience
Prior retail stock experience preferred; demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a warehouse or retail environment.
Education
