Calvin Klein Visual Merchandising Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations and achieve highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support management team in personnel management, product and merchandising functions, and store results
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
• Communicate marketing promotions and sales initiatives to team members; maintain current POS libraries
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation and exemplary service and visual merchandising
• Foster positive store experience through fair and consistent treatment of customers and colleagues
• Deliver consistent training in product knowledge, store maintenance, and VM brand standards
• Achieve personal sales targets including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure staff accountability for building repeat customer base through spirited customer service
• Build talent pipeline for key positions including successor development
• Uphold and manage visual proposition by adhering to guidelines and delivering exceptional presentation across layout and mannequin styling
• Monitor model store updates and ensure timely, compliant implementation
• Support store with money mapping of VM presentation and collaborate with field VM consultants
• Participate in floor space mapping and collection location planning based on option counts
• Support pre-planning, delivery, and execution of seasonal sales using guideline mapping
• Install and maintain pop-up window displays while identifying product challenges and daily presentation standards
• Attend training and area support sessions as required

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with visual or creative skills and experience
• History of supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury brand environments
• People management experience with ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Effective communicator who cultivates belonging and demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual merchandising fundamentals (merchandising and styling)
• Courageous in providing constructive feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace in evolving environments
• Energetic presence on shop floor with clear visibility and leadership
• Creative and commercially aware mindset with problem-solving orientation

Retail experience, ideally including visual or creative components; demonstrated supervisory or specialist experience within premium or luxury brand retail environments; proven people management background with track record of resolving workplace conflicts and driving team performance.
