Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate continuously with the Visual Merchandising department at Head Office to align display strategies and brand messaging
- Design, create, and continuously update window displays and mannequin styling to reflect current brand aesthetics and campaign messaging
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for window dressing and in-store merchandise presentation
- Replenish stock promptly with missing sizes to maintain full product availability and optimal shelf presentation
- Maximize sales impact through strategic merchandise display and arrangement based on retail and merchandising team requirements
- Monitor and analyze KPI data to propose stock rotation strategies and highlight priority product references
- Rotate merchandise to optimize visual presentation and ensure maximum impact across all selling spaces
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all merchandise received and available inventory to effectively display and recommend products to customers
- Share visual merchandising best practices and strategies with store colleagues to ensure consistent execution
- Stay current with sales campaigns, customer testimonials, and market trends to inform display decisions
- Provide merchandising support during store renovations, new openings, and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a structured retail or branded environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across teams

- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Native fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in oral and written English

Experience
At least 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a structured retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or branded outlets. Demonstrated expertise in creating cohesive in-store visual narratives, managing merchandise rotation, and collaborating with merchandising departments.
Education
Secondary education required; further education in fashion, visual merchandising, or retail management is advantageous.
