Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete visual proposition for the store by promoting brand merchandise and delivering exceptional visual presentation in windows and throughout the interior
- Install and maintain all window schemes to premium standards, refreshing daily and monitoring product challenges
- Style all mannequins according to brand guidelines, local market direction, and seasonal campaigns
- Implement and oversee brand visual guidelines, ensuring market-specific direction is integrated into all displays
- Collaborate with Area VM, Store Manager, and department heads to map floor space, determine product location, and optimize collection presentation
- Monitor money mapping of VM presentation and adjust layouts to support sales targets and budgets
- Support pre-planning, delivery, and execution of seasonal sales campaigns in alignment with brand and store managers
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform accurate visual execution and support customer-facing selling efforts
- Train and coach store team members on visual execution standards and brand presentation requirements
- Walk windows daily to identify presentation inconsistencies and maintain in-store standards
- Participate in staff meetings and communicate brand moves, direction, and changes across the team
- Support store manager by ensuring consistent product replenishment and visual standards on the sales floor

- 2+ years retail experience with ability to follow brand guidelines and understand visual merchandising fundamentals
