Role & Responsibilities

• Support the management of the visual proposition by promoting brand merchandise and delivering exceptional standards of visual presentation both inside and in the windows
• Maintain awareness of sales budgets, mystery shops, VM visits, and model store performance metrics
• Install all window schemes to excellent standards and maintain daily presentation quality
• Style all mannequins according to guidelines, local market preferences, and market direction
• Participate in staff meetings and communicate moves, directions, and changes to the team
• Implement brand visual guidelines with Store Manager support, considering market-specific direction
• Monitor and support Store Managers and department managers with VM budget allocation and presentation mapping
• Collaborate with the VM Co-Ordinator and Store Managers to map floor space and collection locations, analyzing option counts for new and existing product lines
• Support pre-planning, delivery, and execution of seasonal sales and model store guideline mapping with VM Co-Ordinator and Store Managers
• Maintain strong product knowledge to correctly execute visual merchandising and communicate effectively with customers for more effective selling
• Support Store Managers in ensuring consistent and accurate product replenishment on the sales floor
• Train store team members on visual execution standards and best practices
• Assist the VM Co-Ordinator in executing, coaching, and training brand and seasonal guidelines within the store
• Conduct daily window walks to identify product challenges and ensure presentation standards are met
• Collaborate with key department managers to achieve optimal VM standards for the store
• Communicate with key stakeholders to understand planned activity and report back to VM headquarters
• Support delivery of marketing events at the store location
• Develop strong relationships with other Brand VM and Field VM teams and contribute to headquarters VM meetings as needed
• Contribute to model store guidelines in collaboration with the VM Co-Ordinator

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience with proven ability to follow brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with ease
• Creative, commercially aware, and confident decision-making abilities
• Ability to communicate with impact across all organizational levels
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with commitment to acting with integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail

Skills

Experience

3+ years of retail experience with demonstrated ability to follow brand guidelines and understand visual merchandising fundamentals. Experience managing visual presentations in a multi-store or outlet environment is preferred.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; retail or visual merchandising certification is a plus.
