Calvin Klein is hiring a Part-Time Supervisor (20 hours/week) for its new Mall of Scandinavia store in Solna, Sweden. Lead operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations and maintain the highest standards of customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support the management team with personnel management, product and merchandising functions, and business process execution
- Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets while delivering an exemplary customer journey
- Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Deliver comprehensive training on product knowledge and store maintenance to ensure business strategy alignment
- Achieve personal sales results targets, including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing procedures
- Build and maintain repeat customer relationships through spirited, unparalleled service delivery
- Execute and review visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room consistency
- Collaborate with the management team to develop a talent pool and identify potential successors for key positions
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and disagreement
- Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities
