Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product merchandising functions, business processes, and store results
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering exemplary customer experiences
