Calvin Klein seeks a Part-Time Supervisor for its Roosendaal Outlet location to ensure efficient shop floor operations, lead team members, and drive sales while maintaining the brand's premium retail standards. The successful candidate will support store management across personnel, merchandising, and business operations whilst fostering a positive customer experience and building repeat business through exceptional service delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve highest levels of customer service, sales, and profitability
- Support management team in overseeing personnel, product merchandising functions, business processes, and store results
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to staff
- Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team while delivering exemplary customer experiences
- Foster positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
- Support team in executing business strategy with comprehensive product knowledge and store maintenance training
- Meet company standards for personal sales results including sales targets, sales per hour, and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions and oversee store opening and closing procedures
