Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations and achieve elevated levels of customer service, sales, and profitability
• Manage personnel functions, product merchandising, and business processes whilst supporting the management team
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings to communicate marketing and sales initiatives
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering exemplary customer experiences
• Maintain consistent, fair treatment of all customers and colleagues to foster a positive store environment
• Support team development through comprehensive training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Achieve personal sales targets including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and oversee store opening and closing procedures
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to develop a repeat customer base through high-quality service
• Execute visual merchandising directives across the sales floor and back room; review consistency regularly
• Develop a talent pipeline for key positions, including identifying and nurturing potential successors

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury retail environment
• Proven people management background with ability to resolve conflict constructively
• Demonstrated consumer connection and understanding of brand values
• Excellent communication skills with capability to build belonging and team cohesion
• Strong collaborative approach with ability to celebrate team achievements
• Comfort providing constructive feedback that drives positive behavioral change
• Adaptability and agility in responding to evolving retail environments
• Energetic presence with ability to inspire trust and confidence among staff and customers
• Problem-solving orientation with capacity to make informed decisions on operational issues

Experience
