Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit
- Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and store results

- Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members

- Support team delivery of business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
- Achieve company standards and personal sales goals including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
- Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures and sales floor management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and ensure staff accountability in developing a repeat customer base
- Execute and review visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room to ensure consistency
- Work with management to build a talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors
Qualifications
- Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
