Calvin Klein seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead the retail store operations at House of Klein Kildare. The role requires driving shop floor sales, managing a team, and ensuring exemplary customer service whilst maintaining company standards and visual merchandising directives. The successful candidate will support store management across all personnel, product, and merchandising functions whilst fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment aligned with the brand's core values.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in overseeing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and store results
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings to align on business priorities
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team whilst providing customers with an exemplary store journey
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team delivery of business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance
• Achieve company standards and personal sales goals including sales versus budget, sales per hour, and units per transaction
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing procedures and sales floor management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and ensure staff accountability in developing a repeat customer base
• Execute and review visual merchandising directives for sales floor and back room to ensure consistency
• Work with management to build a talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors

Qualifications

• Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and disagreements
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
• Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
• Confidence in delivering feedback that promotes positive behavioural change

Experience

Previous experience in supervisory or specialist roles within premium or luxury retail environments. Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
