PVH seeks a motivated student to join the Calvin Klein store in Hamburg's Überseequartier as a part-time retail associate. The successful candidate will deliver consultative sales and exceptional shopping experiences to customers in the premium segment, while representing the brand as an ambassador. Responsibilities include merchandise sales, customer relationship building, visual merchandising collaboration, and point-of-sale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador to customers
- Execute knowledgeable and consultative sales of Calvin Klein collections to clientele in the premium segment
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Work independently and collaboratively within the retail sales team
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and participate in merchandise presentation and window displays
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism
